Went in to get my natural blonde hair lightened with a toner. The hair stylist kept asking if I wanted it darker.. I reiterated that no I wanted it lighter and wanted to counter the yellow tones (I showed pictures). 2 and a half hours later shes washing my hair out and talking about how damaged the ends of my hair are and that we should cut 4 inches off. I said no. She tried to calm them down using something (that I got charged for) and told me I need to buy this protein spray for them.. My hair is now 4 shades darker than I wanted and so frizzy and dead from top to bottom. I would have been better off never going in. I spoke with a manager and she said I still needed to pay for my services and come back to give the stylist a chance to fix her mistakes. WHY would I go back to the same person?? Paid $82 and left the store crying. Do NOT get your hair done here. Worst experience Ive ever had.

The black woman with no hair was RUDE. We are shopping I have a foundation in my hands for me and We are looking in the cheep section for my sister since she is younger and doesnt need expensive kind. Mind you this is make up you can find at Wal-Mart followed us every corner saying how we were driving her crazy (for simply looking she didnt know what she wanted yet) sent three different employees to us. Then pointing at us. Shes not quite I can hear everything shes saying. No Im not going to steal a 14 foundation. Its not high quality. I told her to calm down we were not going to steal anything and she got in my face! Disgusting. I dropped my stuff and left showed her my purse to prove my point she was rude and disgusting.

The store was an absolute mess. I went in on Tuesday (2/28) to grab 2 things I was told online that this store had in stock. The employees were just chatting away with one another while I and countless others wandered aimlessly to find what we were looking for. One employee was even on her phone snap chatting! Everything was out of stock, the samples were messy, and the employees couldnt care less. Id rather shop online or at another makeup store than ever return to this store. You get no help or even the items youre looking for here.

God this stores employees are terrible. They offer nothing but judgmental looks and body language, even as low level associates seem to think theyre managers? Im refusing to give this store any business from now on. Hanford location is 10x better! They have more selection and its honestly worth driving the extra 20 minutes just to avoid the staff.

Worst customer service in the world. Tried to find someone to help me with makeup only to be told that i was behind 4 other customers and they werent busy! One makeup professional on the floor. Mentioned it to the rude girl at the cash register and she replied "ya we are short staffed!" I will shop Fresno from here on out...

They were out of everything!!! Their auto-refill sucks. Ladies were nice and helpful, knew their products but are not in control of ordering. Shame on Ultra for this. Very frustrating for the consumer. Not the sales staffs fault.

The employees arent to friendly & the inside it really dirty & messy. Theres opened make up, lotion & stuff everywhere on the shelves that look like theyve been used.
