FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT TREATS YOU LIKE A HUMAN ! Went in a few months ago, service was so so. Went in yesterday looking for a bracelet for myself and an Amp for my son. Prices are way too high, with that said, I approached the blonde lady behind the counter wanting more information regarding penny weight and such. She gave me a dirty look because I tap my fingers on the glass...( its a habit ) I asked if it bothered her.. and she glared at me. I was asking questions....and she responded " We are in the business to make money" Very nasty with her comments to common questions. I was very insulted and my husband and son walked out with me. Will never go back. Understand I wasnt looking to get something for nothing.. I was trying to understand how a 11 penny weight Gold bracelet ( tarnished by the way so it had been there for a LONG time) was twice as much as a 13 penny weigh GOLD bracelet I had purchased a few months ago for 1/2 the price. So no questions are allowed it seems. I was treated like I was a scum bag on the street!

This store is terrible! Do not buy a vehicle from them! My father bought one and we werent even 20 miles outside of Omaha and one of the back tires flew off and almost caused an accident with several cars. We called the pawn store back to see what we could do since were not from Omaha and all they had to say was, "What do you want us to do about it?" Well first off you could have looked up a tow company for us. They had no sense of customer service. I would suggest that no one buy a car from these idiots. We did finally get ahold of a tow company. The worker looked at the tire and noticed that the pieces to it were just pieced together to sell. This store didnt care about the people that may buy this car, they just wanted money.

Me and my family have been doing business here for a little over 10 years. Whenever we where in a tight squeeze for cash we would go and get a loan on our stuff always had top dollar on loans and with the lowest interest in town it really helps out. We have also bought stuff and weve always gotten great discounts. The store is really clean all the time. The employees are always happy and always help with a smile. Best prices in town. Also the best selection in town.

went there because of the reviews I read. theyre jewelry selection is top notch, had excellent customer service and they were more than happy to work out a great price and payment method. nice selection of flat screens electronics and huge amount of tools to choose from. I would say that their customer service is good. They could be a little more welcoming. Prices are too close to eBay prices for me to buy much, however. EBay prices are inflated, and they let that influence their prices on too many items.
