I wouldnt even give this place a half star if it had the option and I would not use this guy again even if you pay me!! the worst jeweler Ive ever came across, dishonest and unprofessional, completely ruined my ring beyond repair.had a beautiful brand new diamond semi mount with unset prongs that cost a lot of money, asked him if he can set the center stone and he said he could do what I wanted him to do which is to set the stone in there above the halo and make it centered(cushion shape)"no problem,Ive got 30 years of experience" not only he cut off the prongs so short leaving no room to work with, did not shape the prongs and cut the "c" to hold the stone, he bent all the prong side ways so the stone is in there crooked and file the prongs flat on the tip that snags clothes and hair, which means they are not even hugging the stone coming up at the top. and then he had the nerve to tell me that he didnt set it, he paid some other shop to do it. completely ruined my diamond ring.he lied to get the business on a job that he doesnt know how to do.I wouldnt even trust him to change the belt on my watch, DO NOT GO TO Ariadne Fine Jewelry Repair BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR "FINE" JEWELRY!!!! if you want to repair anything worth money go somewhere else, he will not care because he wouldnt have to look at whatever piece he ruined ever again.

Quick Friendly and Inexpensive! I shopped around for a jewler that could repair a very expensive ring my mother left to me who recently passed away. One of the diamonds were loose. Other jewelers wanted too much money and wanted to ship my ring off and have me wait weeks to get it back and whos to say they wouldnt replace one or more stones with cheaper ones. I watched Jose repair my ring in less than 15 minutes and it was VERY affordable. I am pleased with the outcome. While I was waiting for the repair, I spoke with a woman I believe her name was Marie and told her the story of how my mom passed just a week prior and she talked to me like a friend and even gave me a hug before I left. Awesome customer service! Quick easy repair and well priced! I will definitely return and recommend these awesome people.

I initially went to Ariadne Fine Jewelry to repair a very precious ring that was my Grandmothers wedding ring. The ring was a unique vintage design, that I fell in love with but it was broken and missing two small diamonds. I took this ring to Ariadne Fine Jewelry and they repaired the break, added the diamonds and made my ring look brand new. It was even more beautiful than before. I also had two sterling rings refinished that I had damaged with chemicals and an appraisal done. Very satisfied with the service and the pricing. I definitely would recommend this store. Family friendly, great customer service, and reasonably priced.

Shoddy Work. Brought an empty setting to have a clear sapphire set in a ring. The stone fell out within the first week. The wife kept meaning to get the problem fixed by returning the ring for repair. Things got a little busy and we went over the 30 days. This jeweler would not stand behind his work. Cheap, yes. Reliable, no. Stands behind their work,,No. If I could leave zero stars I would. I feel ripped off..

Horrible service. Went in to replace three battery watches. He said it would take 5 minutes, got them back 30 minutes later. He gave them back with the back of the face all scratched up. He said it was really hard to open them "...if I had gold paint I would paint it for you" Will not be returning.

Brought my watch in for a replacement battery in 2010. Bought the 5 year guarantee and in 2014 the battery died and they replaced it quickly without any issue. Would go back there again. Quick and friendly service.

they do not listen to the customer. I tried to have a stone replaced twice. The 1st stone inserted was loose after 1 day. The 2nd attempt was no better. They ruined my great Aunts ring!
