I had a great experience at this place! Everyone was very friendly, professional and courteous. Kevin helped me through my wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile by emailing me pictures of what I told him I wanted and what he thought I may like along with thorough explanations of the styles. He was very patient with me especially when I was so indecisive with what style of ring I wanted. I highly recommend coming to this place if you want attentive, courteous and professional services!

I purchased my engagement ring at Minh Tri and after a week I noticed there was a small defect on the inside of my setting. So I came back and they were more than happy to allow me to pick out another setting of my choice. I can say that this is the best customer service experience I have ever had. Plus I was able to come and have my ring polished and cleaned!
