I went to the woodlands James Avery and the representatives Tanya and Mary Lou were so wonderful and helpful, made me feel like we were old friends; Much better than the lady on 1960. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to the James Avery on 1960 and will go out of my way to the woodlands to excellent customer service.
