Excellent experience! This chair is in perfect condition, it has truly changed the way I work. You cannot go wrong with this furniture. The quality of materials, and operation of the pieces is seamless. National Office Interiors really takes ownership of your purchase as well. They ensured that my chair was delivered to their showroom so I could see it before purchase even. I did have an issue with a product listed online that wasnt actually available - I cant really stand that. They said they would work to resolve that. Other than that, I had a great experience, received stellar customer service - ask for Joey - and we have a remarkable chair at a fraction of the MSRP. Thanks!

excellent experience...frankly, I was shocked at the prices for the quality. Every time I called, they were very responsive and polite. I had a change (last minute) and they were more than accommodating. Great Experience! Joey was extremely helpful with my small purchase and the selection, price and the product quality was excellent. I liked the idea of buying used at a savings, but was concerned about getting something that was beat up and unattractive. Everything they had look like new and it was worth the drive, even though I only needed a file cabinet. I will use them again as needs arise.
