I had purchased the Addison bed and needed the cam locks replaced. I called customer service in July and was told they would send themout right away and I had also given them my new address . In September I stopped by the Arhaus store in Dayton and told them I never received the cam -locks and after looking into it they said they were shipped to the old Dayton address. They said they would look into the matter and get back with me. I never heard from them so I called customer service 2 weeks ago and again they said they would ship them out right away. I called today and they said they would have to check with their parts Dept and call me back. This is horrible customer service. Their furniture is expensive and am very disappointed with lack of customer service.

I love my furniture. The price are worth it because you git good quality furniture plus I cant fine my furniture set so if trying be different go here I dont want see my furniture ever body house
