The only thing I purchase from Staples are copies from hard drives and thats because its only 11 cents. Two have closed near me in the past 5 years so Im forced to go to this crappy one. They now offer you to print your own copies but you have to pay 5 times as much and .30 per minute to use the computer. I went there today, 11/12/14, after I left the one in Snellville that had closed and whatta ya know, there was a two hour wait due to a large order they had just received. I was like, R U serious? You want me to wait two hours for something that takes literally one minute? There are many different printers, computers, et cetera there for one person to work the customers with short orders and for the other person to continue to work on the big order without taking time away from their big order. They used to be good, but now they suck and I have nowhere closer to go. It might be less stressful to just use my own dam printer, but the ink is so expensive. Staples needs to run their store like professionals. You can take care of more than one customer at a time, you know? SMH

I drove 60 miles to buy some bookcases here that were only found here in all of Georgia. When I arrived the MANAGER told me I couldnt buy it because I got there at 8:59pm, which is one minute before they close. She said they didnt have anyone working. In my true opinion, I have never had worst service at any other store. I told her weve been driving for hours and she said she couldnt do anything and that we should come back tomorrow. I will drive 60 miles again. Thats 240 miles total just for these bookcases that Staples has low supply in Georgia.

Staff has been good, especially the print department. Only problem is that it sometimes gets busy at the print department and you have to what a while to get help, but other than that I never really had a problem

Roger, the general manager was amazing. He took care of my transactions that took place in Stone Crest shopping center. He runs a tight friendly shift. Staples is a great place to shop for all your office needs.

The customer service is fantastic. If you sign up for the rewards and turn in your used ink cartriges, you will save a lot of money. They have a good selection of portfolios and planners.

Staff was polite, but unfortunately they were understaffed. Busy store, should not have had to leave a simple laminating job for a later pick up. Totally inconvenient!
