I like the selection but was disappointed with their teacher appreciation day. My friend and I made a special trip today, only to be told they had run out of gifts an hour or two earlier. I feel like something should have been offered for those of us that cant be there first thing in the day. Even a rain check to come back and get it later. We made a special trip, about 35 minutes, and it did not make us feel appreciated.

The staff are knowledgable and helpful. I bought an electric pencil sharpener that didnt work. When I went back, they didnt just exchange it. They opened some up to make sure my choice for replacement worked and other models to see which worked the best. As a pen fanatic, they always have a great selection to try out. I love this store.

Never disappointed in my visits here.. Staff always friendly, professional and knowledgeable...Has that family atmosphere. The selection of school supplies is unbelievable..... I love going in and just looking around... However, I almost always end up buying something....
