All I wanted was to order a desk I saw in their store. They ended up ordering me a filing cabinet instead. No one in the store would help me with the return and left me to call their 1800# on my own. Weeks went by without anyone contacting me or coming by to pick up the cabinet when they said they would. Again, no one at the store would help. I ended up just keeping the stupid cabinet and promised never to do business with Office Depot again. After I decided to keep it and put it together, their delivery guys come knocking unannounced to finally pick it up, so I told them to get lost. I dont have time to fool with these unprofessionals. On a side note, the old lady at the front counter who cant even so much as smile at customers needs to be put out to pasture.

The chick at the copy/print center was nice and helpful, but most of my experiences here lately have been typical of modern retail: allegedly underpaid employees who dont care any more, and dont have the time to help the customer. The guy who "helped" me find a Logitech mouse in the computer department just really did not seem enthused at all about helping me. I think he spoke a total of three words to me in the 10 minutes of our interaction.

I hate to be the one to brake the bad news but this is one place I will never return to.The Service was ridiculous the knowledge of their own product they had no idea of and the list would go on.Not putting his name on line EMP#621367...but he dont need to work somewhere he dont like to be.It reflex on the customer return rate. And in this case we will no longer be buying our office supplies from this location.

I had a great experience. I wanted a laptop that was on sale and no longer on display. The staff member called another store for me to check inventory, and even went to the back to check "one last time" before I left. They had one that just came in on the truck. Saved me a trip and valuable time. Wild August cant seem to be pleased no matter where he goes....he griped about Staples too.

Tried to get a work report spiral bound 45 minutes before closing. The place was empty and the customer rep was not busy. She told me it would take until 1pm the next day to have my report bound. Unbelievable. Ive seen other places bound a report in 3 minutes. I left and will never come to this location again.

I had an awesome experience. Patricia was such a big help. She was very patient with me and understood how important my capstone portfolio was. If she is not the manager then she need some sort of promotion!

4 out of 5 times Ive gone here theyve been out of simple office supplies we needed. Staff less than helpful and will walk right past you unless you get in front of them.
