Went to Office Depot after confirming they had three of my item in stock and on clearance. (Logitech G402, $14.93) Went to store and looked for item. Couldnt find it. Tracked down associate to look. He confirmed 3 should be in stock. Retraced my search with him. He looked in overhead areas while I did a lap of the store. About 30 minutes after arriving he asked his manager who said, "Someone else was looking for those. We dont know where they are, they could be anywhere." Asked if they could order online at in store price with free shipping online. No. Asked if they could buy wireless version for same price or with same % discount. No. Manager wouldnt even speak with me, all conversation was with an associate. Basically wasted an hour of my time and left with their system still showing three in stock. I dont think anyone there cared.

No problems as others have stated, the ladies there are always nice to me and know me. I treat them professionally and they are professional back to me. The 4 star is due to one star deduction for in-house printing taking so long, and having issues with opening my files (only one machine can use photoshop, and they had trouble even printing my PDFs) or cant print things near-borderless (scant 1/4 border). All those things are easily remedied with good print shop leadership and training.

Some of the staff is very unprofessional. After doing a print job for me, a girl named Dallas said she does not have time to check me out and sent me to the register. After which she proceeded to order her Girl Scout Cookies in front of me. I guess doing personal tasks is a priority.

Its 7pm but Office Depot has closed early for the holiday. Unfortunately I missed the memo stating that Halloween is a holiday requiring special hours. Thankfully no other retailers ascribe to such nonsense. Let me head across the street to Target. It looks like their open.

They are suppose to close at 7 on Sunday but it was closed when I got there at 7:50. They are too lazy to change business hour on google. I had to waste my time because of their unfaithfulness. I am sure this is why they are keep running out of business!
