Been here three times in the past two months for printing jobs. After leaving very disappointed each time, I have decided never to go back, but instead drive few extra miles to the North Lake Office Depot location. The service at this location is relatively friendly, but its always busy, not because too many customers, but because they are so unorganized and unknowledgeable on the services they provide. As far as the store, it is run down, dirty and generally lacks a variety of merchandise. Also the fax machine was broken last time, and I doubt they will ever fix it, so dont bother trying. The only reason I would give two stars is because they are relatively friendly and at least try.

Ive been to this location several times and I havent had much problems. The staff there is polite and greets you every time you walk in. The Technology Specialist( Mark) was very helpful and seem to know he was talking about with my broken laptop and he was able to register the warranty that I had purchased a year ago. Unlike what the last reviewer said, the store is very clean and everything is neatly organized. The few cons is that the place is understaffed and the book-bags/laptop cases are a little to pricey.

I walked in & told the cashier I needed to make some copies. Instead of telling me there were some copy machines just to my left she didnt say a word and pointed to a long line of people waiting in a service line. After standing there a minute I saw the machines and proceeded to make copies. Upon checkout she still didnt say thank you or kiss my foot. Wont be going back.

Terrible customer service. Called with a simple question about whether or not they had an item in stock. The woman answering had an attitude before I even said hello. I had to call back three times after she put me on hold each time for about 5 mins. Same rude woman each time, no explanation as to why she didnt take me off hold and tell me the answer to my question.

The worse customer service ever. Asked one of the girls can she reload the printers with paper because they were out she told me to stand in line an ask someone else. The line was almost to the door that she told me to stand in. Only three people working in the entire store. Every one is moving slow like they are mad they have to work.

So I ask for help about printing and they tell me I can either wait in line or go to the self service but they refuse to help me because they said self service is only for you to help yourself. Its not like theyre busy because theres 4 guys just standing there talking to each other. Ive never experinced such aweful customer service.

Went in to mail a ups package was told across the room that "we dont to them anymore, we only do FedEx ". It was so loud we werent in the front door 10 ft. when the coping department raised there voice at us. We asked where we could go and they said we dont them anymore.

Horrible customer service. An employee named "mark" gave us an attitude the first minute we spoke with him. He spoke very smartly and rude towards us! Never going back. If I could Id call CEO on his ass, but most likely they wont even do anything!
