Checked the website before hand, they claim to be able to print Visio documents, but when I brought the woman at the counter a flash drive with the doc enclosed, she seemed down-right perplexed. She then gave me the flash drive back, and said "Bring it back in PDF form, and we can print it." I told her that the Staples website says you guys can print .vsd files, and she told me, yeah, "if I were to submit it on-line". I wanted to ask her what difference that made, but at that point I just wanted to leave.

I tried to buy 2 fire sticks here today one for the living room and one for my daughters room. The assistant manager refused to sell me 2. So I asked if we could buy one each separately and he got angry. Im not sure what the problem was. It was comical really. If I could only buy one but I need 2 then I gotta go buy them somewhere else. I guess target appreciates the business. Lol no wonder their stock is in the crapper. Refusing your business to customers with money isnt the smart way to go.

copy center guy not so good at his job! I needed copies of house plans and parts of one of the pages was cut off. Four pages had ink stains on them. None of the pages were centered. And he quickly rolled them up before I could look at them at the store. I paid $50 for mediocre results! not happy.

Went in near closing time for just a few things. Staff directed me to what I wanted. Cashier explained how to get the rebate for the reams of paper I purchased. Easy, peasy!
