Heres my experience as of June 29, 2016. I was solicited by Ford Auto World - as a previous customer - in their quest to meet some kind of criteria set by Ford for some kind of sales event. I was sent a picture of a 2015 Ford Focus and was told by the salesperson what a great deal it was. I declined the offer. She next called me and told me she hated for me to miss out on such a great deal and shed find me another car. She did. Now - bear in mind - I was not actively hunting a car. I was told that my payments would be $17 less than my current payment and I would have a new car and it was a GREAT DEAL. I went in and signed the paperwork. I was not told that the number of payments had increased from 60 to 75 and I was now paying interest because the car I was buying was a 2016 and not a 2015. I was told what a great deal I was getting. So here I sit today owing $21,000 on a new manual transmission with a loan payment period of 75 months and a balance of $20,562 and a monthly payment of $310. Previously, my loan was with Ford Credit with 0% financing on a 2015 Ford Focus with an automantic transmission. I previously owed $15,000 with a payment of $327 and 48 months to go. I hate my new car and I hate the fact that I will have to refinance my loan. I hate it that my payment will be higher than my previous $327 payment because I EXPLICITLY EXPLAINED TO THE SALESPERSON THAT I COULD NOT AFFORD AN INCREASE IN MY CAR PAYMENT. Ive learned the hard way that the way to lure folks in is to add months and months and months onto the payment period in order to make it look like a great deal. I was a fool and trusted these people. I will live and learn from this mistake but I will never purchase a Ford product again.

My husband & I went to Ford Autoworld to look for either a Ford Explorer or Ford Edge. We talked to Darlene Schwartz (who I also worked with 5 years ago when I bought a 2012 Ford Edge from her). She allowed us to test run both the explorer & Edge. Not comfortable with the explorer, we decided to look at a new 2017 Edge and a used 2015 Edge. We talked compared prices and she was able to make us a fantastic deal for the new 2017 Ford Edge. Darlene was very professional and we would definitely recommend her and Ford Autoworld to our friends & family! Thank you Darlene for excellent service!

Terrible customer service. Dont buy a Ford from this place. Their service advisors & writers will find any little reason to deny warranty work. Took my 2014 f250 w/ 39,000 miles in due to a faulty belt tensioner that ate a hole into the motor block. They told me it was my fault and that it would be almost $9,000.00 to replace the motor at my own expense. I still have 2yrs and 20,000 miles left on my factory powertrain warranty, whats wrong with that picture? This place and their staff are a joke. So buyers beware that meyers ford autoworld will try to screw you anyway they see possible.

Excellent service department. I am from Texas and was visiting from out of town. Started experiencing a mild shimmy on the road trip. First pulled into a tire place by the mall to be quoted a price and told I needed the work done soon as possible couldnt make it back to Texas on this. Looked for a Ford dealer online and found them on Broadway. Checked it out told me I could make it back it could wait till I got back. Went ahead and had it done since they had a Ford place here and they charged me $170 less than the other place was quoting me. Fast prompt service!

My son took his 2001 truck with multiple issues to have ckd out. We called to get an update & our service Mgr Shawn was the "best". Made sure he kept us updated & they stuck to the quoted price. I bought a Ford Escape 2013 in June 2016 and took it to its first service on Saturday 12/10. The service was amazing, they explained me all the services, prices, options they had, did the oil change and checked all the safety points in less than an hour. They were friendly, professional and really helpful all the time, best service ever!!!

I took my 2012 Mustang to Ford Autoworld last week for a recall. Since I had not been to this dealership before I didnt know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised with the results. They fixed the problem in a timely manner and treated me like I purchased the car from them. This dealership is excellent in customer service.

I took my vehicle in for a recall and to check out some other problems. The shuttle service was nice. However, while fixing the recall, they did something so that now my bluetooth doesnt work, and the rear camera they "fixed" works sometimes, sometimes not. They also quoted me very high prices for work that should cost far less.

Shopping on line so I have an idea of where I want to go and what I want to look at when I get there, not into wasting time. This sight has almost no pictures of the cars in my refind search and all say call for pricing so I dont really know if they meet my criteria or not. Very disappointed in my search at this sight.
