My family and myself have been going to Vision works for the past 3 years. Every experience has been great. Each doctor has been friendly and very nice. Every Optician were friendly,informative, and were so helpful. I recommend Vision Works.

Someone set me an appointment at 6pm Saturday. I went there and found they closed at 4pm Saturday. I called to reschedule and the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for this mistake! I feel the one in setauket is much better.

Honestly I cant say much about them, A business that cant give you a ballpark price over the phone for which you already have insurance and have been there before, in my opinion is a business that I will skip doing business with.
