This store really deserves better reviews. Ive been a consistent customer for years and Ive never had an issue with this place. The staff is friendly, the eye exams are brief, and the assortment of choices in this store is large. I find reliable glasses every time I go, and Im in and out pretty quickly. Prices are kinda expensive but thats just the sad reality of all retail items, including eye-wear. Eye exams are the same price as Walmart though.

The girl did not know much about the glasses when i asked how long theyd take to be ready she gave me a broad answer of it didnt take that long and we will call you when theyre in. I never received a call that they were ready so 9 days later i call and she says oh they came in a few days ago! A call wouldve been nice

Staff were unfriendly, slow, and not brilliant . The doctor, on the other hand, was understanding and pretty quick. A little bit pricey, especially compared to my usual walmart optologists.
