Dr. Connors, his snotty staff, and his especially witchy office manager should be ashamed of the business they offer the public. Ive been using this terrible eye doctors office for over a decade. What was I thinking? Each year they grow increasingly more miserable and rude, from checking in to paying your bill. When I couldnt read the letters, Dr. Connors told me to "guess" what they were over and over. When I legitimately and medically asked what the point of guessing was, he told me in a very agitated and cocky way that hes "in charge and those are the rules to the game." All I did was ask a question. Its my body, theyre my eyes ! When I was charged for a contact lense exam when I didnt even wear my contacts once during the 2 hour exam, I simply asked what part of the exam was the "contact" portion. I dont mind paying but I want to know what Im paying for, thats all. The women grew increasingly annoyed and rude. I feel like I just left the twighliht zone. Im paying them for a service and theyre treating me like garbage. How is that okay?

I recently switched to Dr. Connors because I moved from out of state. Both Dr. Connors and his staff and friendly and very knowledgeable. This was my first eye exam with Dr. Connors and it was lengthy (almost two hours) but worth every minute in the amount of detail and his level of thoroughness. My eyes have never seen or felt better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Connors to anyone who is not currently satisfied with their eye care professional.

I’ve been going to optometrists for decades with the need for a special fitting and was never really satisfied with any of the lens fittings until I met Dr Connors years ago. Of the 6 or so eye doctors I’ve seen, he’s the only one to get it right. The doctor and office staff are friendly, kind and courteous, and I highly recommend them.
