I have never seen such ineptness in my life. Explained that I did not have insurance card when I made appointment, they scheduled me, but when I arrived Janet rudely stated that I could not be seen without my card. I asked her why she scheduled me knowing that I had no card with me, and she just stated, you cant see a doctor without the card. Thats the policy. I told her that she should not have scheduled me then. She was very rude, no apology, and stated that its the "policy". From there it only gets worse, 3 weeks later I am still trying to get glasses from somewhere else because she doesnt know how to copy a prescription. She wrote it out: no doctors signature, no license number, no address. etc. IF YOU LIKE INCOMPETENCE AND RUDENESS: THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
