Having one diamond fall out of an Engagement ring, okay, that can be fixed. But the EXACT SAME diamond falling out less than a month later? UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TO GET ANYTHING. I am so livid. My fiance is in the military, and is gone more than he is home. I have this beautiful ring he picked out for me and I CAN NOT EVEN WEAR IT because it has to go back to get "fixed"? No, Unacceptable. You put me out; youre making me come back to Kay to get my ring sent back off? AND on top of ALL OF THAT; our ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS ARE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. That is something that has been planed for MONTHS now; and guess what? I have to CANCEL them. Why? MY RING WONT BE ON MY HAND BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB THE FIRST TIME AROUND! Honestly I can not even describe how angry I am. The first time I luckily found the diamond. this time... IT IS GONE :( I no longer have the exact same diamonds as the original ring. Honestly... You all, do not get anything from here.

Do not shop here!! I have had my stone fall out 3 times. Growing increasingly worried I asked the manager why it keeps falling out and I was told that " it should be only worn on special occasions" which was not what it was bought for. So I proceeded to ask why he did not inform me before it was bought as he was informed it was for everyday use and he said "how am I supposed to know that". As I proceeded to ask more questions he grew increasingly short and snippy. On top of all of that he mixed up my paper work with someone else which had all of my information. Do not shop here and save your money!!

Stay as far away from this store as you can. The manager Cory actually threatened to call Security when I started crying because he had ordered my engagement ring a size too small. This was the 4th ring their company had ordered due to their mistakes! Please shop the locally owned jewelry stores. Kay, Zales, Jared and others are all owned by the same parent company Sterling. I have now gone through 6 rings and STILL I am having issues getting a nice ring. The last one had black diamonds in the halo! They are not willing to refund the over $5k we spent on this ring. Stay AWAY!

All I can say is Im not surprised that woman had a terrible with corey! He basically told me to leave the store , I was doing nothing with my life, and not to shop there if I wanted one on one customer service," its ok though I called corporate! Done with Kay Jewelers! Ill got to JB Robinson from now on I dont shop at the store when corey is there ! Hes rude and mean! Be careful!
