I purchased a handgun from their online store. I purchased range time to get acquainted with the gun. The first experience on the range was fine, except for the extra long time it takes to sign in. Its not because of lines, its because the guy behind the counter wants to chat you up. I really wish you could sign in, and move forward to the range. The chatting is really time consuming. This was my first reaction. The second time I went there, the range was open, but the older police guy didnt want to let me shoot. I guess he wanted to go home early, IDK. The range was supposed to be open earlier thst morning, but it was closed when I arrived. The stated reason was installing air conditioning. While I was there, I confirmed the range was going to be open layer that day. I was told it was. When I adobe, older police man, like I said, didnt want me on the range. He was overruled by someone else in the store. He was not happy, and showed it. I have never been assigned a lane before, but he "showed his dominance" that he had control over something, by mskingv me shoot on the lane he wanted me on. I did as he asked. As I was shooting, I chatted with a few people on the range, he didnt like this, and was looking at me through the window. He then, knocked on the window, he then came in the range. Totally inappropriate. The range was still open, but he wanted to leave. The next time I go, I had to endure a younger man behind the counter who wanted to chat me up, he even had the unmitigated Gaul to look in my bag to see what gun I was shooting, after asking me the same question. He tried to assign me a certain lame even though there was no one on the range. The excuse for this was, " We got a class coming" in fact, someone from the back came to the range desk to tell him to or r on a certain lane "because we got a class coming". I did not want to shoot to the right of anyone, because I have had shell casings eject from their weapon and burn my face. I explained this to him, but he wanted me on a certain lane. I went to the lane he wanted, but after setting up, he came back in the range, and wanted to move me again, because, "we got a class coming" mind you, this is the same excuse he used to put me on his preferred lane. Now that I was there, he wanted to move me again, for people who were not there, and, who, in my opinion, were not coming. He was way too close to me each time, and I didnt like it. So, as I continueto shoot, I feel some hit my ankle with a broom. Iturn around and one of their employees is sweeping up my shell casings. Talk about intrusive. Horrible. When I turn around, the guy behind the range counter has left the desk, and is at the window staring at me, while other customers are waiting to check in. I dont like this range. I am a black woman, and I dont like their treatment of me. When my range membership is over, I will not buy another. Their prices are high, and I dont find their interactions to be genuine. They assign lanes to certain people, while others choose their own. I dont like being starred at , like Im a freak show. I dont want to be chatted up when I sign in. Just sign me in, and move on. Dont give me unsolicited shooting advice. Jst sign me in and move on. I have not seen any cultural diversity in their staff. One day I wore a save darfur hoodie, and my oerception is they have been treating me differently ever since. Darfur is the site of ethnic genocide. I dont like that, and have helped to reduce starvation and promote housing by purchasing those products. I perceive that I have been treated differently by the staff since I wore my hoodie. I have a year membershop, and I will use it. I hope they read this review and make some changes.

I called them and asked the female that works there if I could shoot 7.62 there and she said sure if you purchase our ammo.so sure I got in my truck to drive twenty minutes there while getting 13mpg by the way.so I get there and ask to purchase the ammo and a black male that works there told me they didnt have it.so not only was it a wasted trip because I cant shoot my rifle but this guy also got attitudinal with me because he acted like his fellow employee would never do such a thing.so after him being a jerk to me I just decided to shoot my pistols and I got in trouble for "rapid firing".I know what rapid firing is.I was insulted.anyways.overall it was not just a wasted trip but the staff was disrespectful and misinformative.I will never be back to this establishment.and anyone who speaks of attending this place to shoot their fire arms in my presence,I will heed that they run the other direction to somewhere like the marksman.anywheres better than here.

Went in here to see if I can trade my gun for one that they had in stock. Basically had one person running the entire store with a few helpers. The gentleman at the desk tells me to start filling out paperwork even before he gives me a Price on my trade. Because I was on my lunch break and in a little bit of a hurry I reluctantly decided to start filling out some of the paperwork just in case we came to a deal. I turn down the ridiculously low price he offered me on my gun and attempted to take my paperwork with me because I didnt want my information to be seen by other people. Now mind you I didnt even want to fill out the paperwork in the first place. He told me I could not take the paperwork that they had to hang onto it. I asked him why and he says because thats the law. I look around on the Internet a bit and I cant find any reference to this being the case. At any rate it left a really bad taste in my mouth and I dont think Ill be back.

I bought a 1911 here and was pleased with the customer service. Theyre helpful and make the process easy. Kelly provides great customer service and is very friendly. They make beautiful custom made holsters to your specifications. Made by Grady. My experience isnt based on a pawn. This is pretty much my gun store. They have a 4 lane shooting range. The waiting period isnt too long to get on the range, but it can get packed during peak hours (after 5). You can also get your gun smith services done here as well. As far as what I saw of pawned items, the selection isnt very impressive. Mario Ruffino is an outstanding gunsmith. He can identify a problem in seconds of seeing a weapon. Superior has a gunsmith named Mark P. and I tried getting work done by him, but kept getting the run around. Thats when I went to Mario and I was absolutely pleased with his work and customer service.
