ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I went there in need of a repair for my watch. Not only was their customer service great but their work is also incredible. I had been to many other places and non were able to help me out the way they did. The price was great for their work! I guarantee that you will fall in love with this place. I went back and bought two watches and two clocks from them and all of them are running great! They also have a great selection of jewelry of great quality. You will not get ripped off here and they are very honest and pleasant! I will be recommending this place to everyone i know!

I can not even give this store 1 star. I had my Bulova watch "repaired" here only to discover that my water resistant watch had condensation in it. When my husband took it back the gentlemen, I use this term loosely, asked him what his wife had done to the watch. We now have the watch and will be sending it out to someone who actually knows what they are doing. They not only need lessons on how to repair watches but they also need to remember how to treat their customers!!!

I love this store! I have two watches from here. I needed to resize it and they did it right away and were verry nice about it! They have great customer service, plus they have free Wilbur chocolate buds there! Yumm! They also have a huge selection of not only jewelry, but many other great things!! I went there with my sister once and she got a repair which was a great service as well!

The staff at Lititz Watch & Jewelry are knowledgeable and efficient. They take pride in their work and are reasonably priced. They treat every watch or piece of jewelry as if it were their own. You can tell the staff genuinely love timepieces and jewelry. Ive had great customer service here and Ill go back to Lititz Watch & Jewelry every time I can!

I brought my watch in here after it lost the two pins attached to the latch. I was out of the shop in 15 minutes with a fixed watch at a reasonable price. I would recommend them for watch or jewelry repair before you replace it. My watch was a cheap $30 watch from target and it cost me a lot less to get it fixed the it would to replace it.

Great service. I had a battery put in a watch that I thought was broken and it works great. I had taken it to Park City Mall and after they put in a new battery it still didnt work so I thought it was the watch. It was the watch store that either had old batteries or used the wrong one. Go here, great people.

I had Bill repair an old watch of mine and my experience was lovely in all regards. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work that was being done and was timely. He kept me updated throughout the process and was accommodating in all aspects. Ill be going here for all my future watch and jewelry needs!

What fun visiting Lititz Watch & Jewelry! Great selection in all price ranges. But by far the best part was Bill. He was terrific at showing merchandise and helping with a selection without being pushy. All shopping experiences should be this great.

I had a ring resized here. The service was great and I got my ring back before I expected. My ring fits like a glove now and I love it! I recommend this place for anyone that wants fast service at a reasonable price!
