Jenny B. was great! I went to the store to have my husbands new watchband adjusted and two of my bracelets fixed. I was greeted immediately & Jenny B. was amazing! She told me exactly what needed to be done to my bracelets, gave me prices, had the watch adjusted & asked me if I wanted my rings cleaned. When I gave her me rings,she examined my engagement ring w/ a loupe & saw that 2 of the 6 prongs needed to be fixed. She also had the jeweler check my diamond channel band to make sure the diamonds were not loose. This was done & my rings were beautiful! She also had my >20 year old 18K bracelet cleaned and polished. It looks like new. My husband & I bought our wedding bands @ Longs over 10 yrs. ago when they had a much smaller store & it is still our go-to jewelry store. Thank you, Jenny Nanette Bowman

Nicole helped me and two of my girlfriends out today. I am having to have my diamond replaced b/c it chipped some how. My best girlfriend is looking to have her band replaced b/c she isnt happy with the style. Our other girlfriend was just kind browsing for future purposes :)) Nicole was fantastic and helped me choose another style stone that was better suited for my style ring and helps to show it off more. She is also having more diamonds brought in so that I may have a selection to chose from. They also cleaned our rings while we were browsing around. We actually made an appointment for the following week to see the other selection of diamonds and to have them appraise the ring my friend has. THANK YOU NICOLE!! Highly recommended for all your jewelry needs :)))))

I have been going to longs jewelers for many years now. I havent made any big ticket purchases yet. They are the only company that I will allow to touch my watches and change the batteries in them. I have also had jewelry repairs with them as well. EXCELLENT WORK! The entire staff treats you like royalty. Unlike some of the other jewelry stores in the area who look down on you, if you are not spending thousands of dollars with them. Long Jewelers treats you like family. Irregardless of how much money you are spending.

This place was great! The staff (specifically Steve), was very professional and helpful. After making a purchase from zales, my fiance and I, visited this store. Their knowledge of how jewelry is made and gemstone cut, greatly surpassed zales. So much in fact, that we returned the several thousand dollar zales purchase and placed an order with Long Jeweler. It took 2-3 weeks for the zales purchase to arrive after two phone calls to inquire on arrival status. Long Jewlers took 2-3 days. Big difference!

I absolutely LOVE Long Jewelers! It is where my husband buys special gifts for me. They have a wonderful selection and very helpful staff. Jackie is the BEST! She recently helped us choose new Hearts On Fire Aniversary bands for our 30th. I am in love! She also helped my husband take a very old family brooch and have it custom refashioned into a ring. They have done many resizing, repair, and appraisals for us over the years. I highly recommend them!

I got an engagement ring here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The process was very professional; they even provided a CD with a multi page appraisal. The best part... my fiance had to get resized twice and then had to get the diamond reset after it was knocked loose. Each time I came in the get the ring worked on, Longs had very quick service.

Walked out with wife of 35 years in tears. Happy tears that is. She didnt think she deserved a new wedding ring. Had to part with the original I bought at 19 years of age on e4 military pay. They even allowed us to trade in her previous diamond. Very knowledgeable full service with Master Jeweler. Tissues were provided.
