Great repair price and service! Called another jewelry store in Lititz asking a price for a new clasp on a mens silver chain. The person I talked to was rude and insisted you cant estimate a price on something like that "it could be anything" and I had to bring it in. I called AM Jewelry and in a friendly phone call I got an estimate(surprisingly low). It was late in the day(closing soon) so they said if I need it soldered I would need to drop it off. I went in shortly before close and they took the time to fix it, solder it, clean it, and charged me less than I was quoted. I seriously felt like they undercharged me. Would recommend anyone in the area to go here for repairs!
