Brent L. Miller may have diamonds in their show cases but there is NOTHING genuine about them. My daughter (Dantiel Moniz) entered a Wedding Photo Contest that ran from 9/1/13 to 9/15/13 that would declare the photo with the most likes the winner. My daughter and I garnered all of her friends for support, sharing and tagging and asking our friends to do the same. After numerous late nights and hard work we landed in first place and remained there for nine days with a lead of 600. The couple who was in second place hadnt even reached 1,000 votes in twelve days of the competition had somehow garnered 2,000 likes within twelve hours. When we looked at her sudden increase of likes the people appeared like this: Иван Гру Сергей Бутин Feng Qiu Андрей Чириков They werent even real names. Some just had weird characters. I contacted Brent L. Miller and spoke with the person over the contest named Courtney. I told her what had happened and she was less than receptive. She said she would look into it. These were her findings and I quote " Lisa- I understand yours and yours daughters frustration. The contest rules state that whom ever has the most likes wins. I did review the bride in questions likes, and yes, I did see that many are of a foreign source. Now, I cannot prove that this bride "bought" these votes.” Seriously, how is it that a couple that a couple that it took twelve days to get 941 votes, miraculously had gained over 2,000 in a matter of twelve hours. My friends/family/supporters were infuriated. They called them out for what they were. CHEATERS! The guy for the couple, Mr. Knipe who was so called doing the marketing for the couple who was now in first place, threatened my daughter by writing this on her Facebook page, and I quote, "if you dont apologize I will "market" you into third place." He made true on his promise because the couple who was in third place who had only 348 likes and had given up over a week ago now has over 1,900 likes in a matter of twenty-four hours and they will steadily grow by the end of the contest she will have surpassed my daughter. How is it that anyone can be so blind that they cannot see that those LIKES were purchased. My daughter became down-hearted and finally decided after all of our hard work and unreceptive communication with Courtney at Brent L. Miller to withdraw from the contest. To take it a step further we found out that the couple who miraculously is now in first place and undoubtedly the winners live in PA and purchased their rings from Brent L. Miller. Go figure! There is NOTHING honorable about Brent L. Miller! They reek of dishonesty and blatant disregard for the truth. What I saw in the last few days of their contest was nothing short of disgusting! They should change the name of the contest from "Couple of the Year" to "Cheaters of the Year."

Me and my soon to be husband went in to brent l Miller and had the best experience ever with Courtney. She is an Angel!! We had been to at least 5 other places looking for rings and every other place was pushy and rude and really ruined the experience for me. When we got to brent l Miller, Courtney approached us and really took the time to listen to what we were looking into for an engagement ring. She was so helpful. She took time with us and showed me so many beautiful rings. I knew this was the place from that moment on for all of our jewelry needs. I gave her a hug at that first meeting because she made me feel so at ease. When we went back up to get our wedding bands she knew exactly what I was looking for and was patient with us as my husband decided what he wanted in his ring. My rings are absolutely amazing. And I love that I can just stop in whenever and get my rings cleaned and checked to make sure they are ok. I would recommend brent l Miller to everyone. Weve had great experiences there and will continue to go there for the years to come.

We needed a ring appraised for insurance purposes. Instead of driving over to Mt Joy we decided to stay local. What a nice surprise at Brent L Miller. I can say that I was treated better here then OUR Jewelry store. Its not like OUR store in Mt Joy ever treated us bad, its just that Brent L Miller treated us better. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles from everyone. People like ourselves were dressed very casual and there was never a hint of them looking down on us. Allison was the person that talked to me on the phone and from that minute on I knew she was the person for our appraisal. What a wonderful personality she has and on top of that, she came back with the exact carat weight of the ring. Mind you, she had a job doing this ring with all the various stones, but she hit the nail on the head. I knew what the weight was, but never shared it with her. Thank you, Allison, you and your smile and great attitude has won us over as customers for life. No more driving to Mt Joy with a store like yours right here in Lancaster.

My fiancé and I had the most amazing experience with Brent L. Miller. We have never been greeted with such enthusiasm and happiness. My fiancé and I worked with Bev Doughty and she was beyond wonderful. Everything was a surprise, so my finances mom brought me to look at rings, when secretly my boyfriend told his mom to have me look at rings to see what I liked. I found 2 rings that I loved but at the end of the day I wanted Andrew to pick one. Bev and Brent L. Miller respected everyone and kept everything a secret from me (lol) and Bev and Brent L. Miller worked wonderfully with my fiancé. He raved about how wonderful the experience was and how special it was to get the ring from Brent L. Miller. They always remember your name and welcome you with open arms. Really wonderful experience and you also can get your ring cleaned anytime for free which is a wonderful service. Would never go to another jewelers, Brent L. Miller is the place to go.

After thirty-three years of wear (with no real maintenance) the setting on my wifes engagement ring gave out, and her diamond was lost. I knew she wanted to replace it; I thought it would be nice to surprise her with an upgraded stone. I quietly took the ring from her jewelry box, walked into into Brent L. Miller and met Bev Doughty, who could not have been more accommodating. She listened attentively, and with my goals in mind, helped me find a truly breathtaking, high quality diamond right in my range. She said we could continue use the original ring - very important to us - and wisely suggested we change the setting. My wife was momentarily stunned when she saw it - then immediately overjoyed. Thank you, Bev, and thank you, Brent L. Miller! (Oh, and regarding maintenance, weve learned our lesson. Bev made a point of mentioning we can stop by to have it cleaned and checked whenever we need to. We certainly will.) MPP

I love Brent L Miller Jewelers! My fiance visited several jewelry stores before visiting Brent L Miller at the recommendation of some friends and meeting our consultant, Emerald. She helped him finally find “the one” diamond he had been looking for and then together they designed my ring which is more beautiful and perfect for me than I could have ever dreamed up myself. His experience was so great that of course we went back and Emerald helped us find our perfect wedding bands. Even when the store didn’t stock quite what we were looking for, she found us just what we wanted. Emerald also helped me reset my grandmother’s engagement diamond into a necklace that I will cherish forever. We live in Baltimore and have no problem making the drive to Lancaster for the quality of service, personal touch, and consistent communication. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brent L Miller, we have a jeweler for life!
