ARK STORE

I have a valuable diamond ring, I just got insured. First, my insurance company told me I needed a certified jewelry appraisal. So I went to Murphy Jewelers. They have an expert, Graduate Gemologist of the Gemological Institute of America (GG from the GIA). What a nice guy! He patiently explained everything about my diamond: cut, color, clarity, carat, etc. He examined in his microscope, ran tests, took photos, measurements and notes. My insurance agent told me that the jewelry appraisal should done by an expert jewelry appraiser, so if you lose your item then you will get full value for it based upon your certified appraisal. So with my jewelry appraisal from Murphys, I now have peace of mind, if I should lose it. Thank you!

Ive been to the Hamburg one many times. I have had nothing but courtesy from every rep there. I am always offered something to drink and sometimes food the moment I walk in. They have gone out of their way to get me customized pieces, that are not doable anywhere else. Ive had them even help me with pickup after business hours. I consider myself more than difficult for them to find the perfect piece, but they have been kind and generous to me. I would never go to any other store but here.

Never had a problem with murphy jewelers before. I called the hamburg store to check on an item that I couldnt find at their other store and was basically rushed through and told everyone is busy with customers? Wow. I think Ill stick with the Pottsville one. 5 stars for them though.
