My fiancé bought my engagement ring here the 2 ladies who helped him we were very nice. However when my fiancé proposed my setting had scratches all through it so we took it in to be fixed the gentleman was extremely rude about it. I also asked to see my diamond under a microscope and he signed and said "hold on its covered in lotion and stuff". His over all attitude was just a turn off. When I went back to pick up my right he was sitting behind the counter on his phone, looked up at me said nothing and went back to his phone, someone else helped me. I am getting my wedding band custom made and I def wont be going here. Beside the initial experience the rest was extremely upsetting.

The only reason they are even getting 2 stars is because they have a nice selection. The service sucks, they do not know what they are talking about, only care to help you if you are making a purchase and do not keep correct records. We used Jared in NJ and it was great all around, once coming out here and this is the only one to deal with it was awful. Reps dont fully understand their own promotions and the records for inspections are not kept correctly. Had a very big issue with them and asked for DM info, left messages and they were never returned. Definitely wouldnt deal with this particular store if I didnt have to. Love Jared, despise this store.

Excellent service, lovely store. Went in to purchase two Pandora charms after visiting the Pandora store in Park City Mall. The mall store did not have the charms I wanted (even though they were in the current Pandora catalog) and they were understaffed with a long wait. Drove over to Jared and they had the charms I wanted and had plenty of friendly staff. I will not go anywhere else for Pandora or for any other jewelry purchases.

service sucked. i set up an automatic withdraw and every two months id get a random $200 in late fees saying we didnt pay 2 months ago. we set up the automatic withdraw multiple times with customer service and it kept happening. After 8 months of this we returned the ring. Then 3 months later we got another $500 bill from them saying we havent been paying our bill. would not go here

Mr. Fox took care of me and did a fabulous job. He was so helpful, kind and really helped me obtain what I wanted and guided me through the process. Mr. Fox went above and beyond to show me all I needed to see and he was invaluable in showing me the best deals for my thrifty budget. I would go to that store again and purchase from Mr. Fox anytime!

Wonderful staff and service! I had brought my ring in, due to a loss of a diamond. I was so upset. They were amazing by comforting me and took care of everything! I had my ring back a week later and it looked amazing! All I can say is thank you!

Very poor customer service. Only one employee knew how to change out a battery in a bulova watch and they were busy with small talk. Fed up after 20 minutes of waiting and left.
