I went to the Patrick Henry Mall location. My husband and I are young we dont know anything about buying a ring. At first everything seemed okay when we were to talking to this nice white guy. Then the oriental lady ended up helping us & it seemed like all she wanted was a sale. She over talked and took forever. Not to mention she ran my husband and I credit threw a bunch a creditors . The ring I really really wanted was $2500 but because of the price I was willing to go without it. And since I had to go to work the lady said she would call my husband back once she hears back from the people if my husband got approved for a certain amount. She calls and says we got approved. So we come in the next days and says we got approved but not for the whole amount and well have to pay such and such upfront and once we say were not interested. She says let me see what I can do. Moments later she then says that she was able to get them to drop the price to 1800 & we were like wow okay lets do it then thats a big difference. She then tells us we just have to pay $200 upfront but we tell her we dont have it right now then she finds some way around it and we only end up paying tax which was $25. Now come to find out once we started making payments thats she didnt get them to dropped it to $1800 because we still have $2536 left to pay. She played us & I will be going up there tomorrow to give her a piece of my mind. & or suing ! NOT COOL

I go to this store quite often. Every time I come in, I am always greeted very fast. I love Pandora and find that the staff is very knowledgeable and fast when I am shopping. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I go to a store and am bombarded with the associates pushing a sale on me. I do not have that happen here. As a matter of fact, Tim, Meghan, and staff will always get my business because I feel that this store is very down to earth and considerate. Sometimes I have to do refunds or exchanges. When this happens, I am not treated rudely or disrespectful. They always strive to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. They always take the time to wrap and bag my merchandise as well. I couldnt think of a better jewelry store to shop at. I love the Newport News Reeds.

One of my favorite jewelery stores to go to. They have so much fun in there. Wanted somethint a little out of my price rang and made me feel very comfortable signing up with their financing. Five different lenders!!! They have a HUGE selection if Alex & Ani AND Pandora. Any jewelery I buy, I go to Reeds. The manager in particular is one of the coolest people. Before selling to me, he had a conversation with me to just get to know me and grow a relationship. Whenever I go into Reeds I feel like family and I know my money goes to a great staff, great product and to a company with lots of integrity. I would highly reccomend Reeds to anyone, any day. (:

Horrible jewelry store! Not only did I waste countless hours here, I had to personally go to check in to the store to see if I got approved for their credit. I even called and they said they would call me back and never did! Dont waste your time or money here. Theyre overpriced anyways
