I am thankful for businesses like Mercury Pawn to have been in my community. They were there when I needed help and literally had no where else to go. The owners and staff were alway kind a courteous with smiles on there faces and I never felt judged. After I was able to get back on my feet, I returned to MPS as a valued and loyal customer - purchasing jewelry, electronics and other home items. In this economy, I know that if I fall on hard times and need somewhere to go, I will always have the folks at Mercury Pawn Shop to count on. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

I recently went to Mercury Pawn in search of a gold chain for my teenage son. After going to multiple jewelry stores I was beginning to think that I was totally priced out of the market for something a child was going to wear. Luckily Chris, Shawn and Rob were able to help me find the style chain I needed at a reasonable price and then polished it up until it looked brand new. Ive purchased other items from the shop in the past and have been nothing but pleased with their service and expertise.

If youre out looking for deals therere way better places around had have to come to the area for medical appointments along with every one else I work with so was going to take a picture of a gun a was threatened Id be kicked out because I would be doing a straw purchase. Understandable, but to freak out on a customer is not the way to do it. They also have clone optics labeled by the real trade marked name but when asked they say its a clone shady business. Id spend your money else where

I see what you mean by rude. I think its the fact that they(it was a gentlemen sitting down at the front desk, and a woman standing to his side) dont even make eye contact with you. Its as if they expect your goods to be stolen or something. It seemed to be a bit of judgement on their part towards me. dont support this business unless you get good customer service.

Chris and the staff at Mercury Pawn were extremely helpful and patient with my recent purchase of my wifes jewelry present. Chris is very knowledgeable about jewelry, more than some of the pricey jewelry stores I visited prior. I already sent to other friend there to buy from Chris.

yuppp i looked at the reviews and didnt really believe that they could be rude so i tested then and called the guy was very rude and wouldnt answer a simple question unless i came in store GOOD LUCK getting customers this way
