Simply Unique is exactly that! And my favorite jewelry store (and I have been to many across the country). I am from California. A few years ago a friend took me in to Simply Unique while I was visiting in the area and I was totally enthralled by their gorgeous designs. I went home with three beautiful pieces. And I am on their e mail list (definitely get onto their e mail list!). This year I was captured by a tanzanite ring which I bought from 3000 miles away. It just arrived and I am, to use the British term, totally gobsmacked! Amazing design, impeccably created, and totally unique. And comfortable to wear! This is the place to go to find brilliantly crafted, beautiful pieces that will make you smile!

The watch face on my sons watch popped off. When the face was accidentally cracked at the store, they insisted on ordering a new face and sending it out their watch repairman. The finished product looked perfect, and I was never charged. Needless to say, I was impressed with their customer service. Thank you!

Worked with me well, beautiful work, fair price. My favorite part though is they have a program where you can literally design the exact specifications of your ring and change, add or subtract any elements. Because of this, they had more selection than any store or online site.
