My fiance and I are so pleased to have found Finch Jewelers! I have been very disappointed with chain jewelry stores, so I did an internet search for an independent custom design jeweler and found a lot of great reviews on them. We decided to give them a try despite being an hour drive away, and we couldnt be happier with their service, as they are a family run business and feel they treat every customer with special care. I was in search for a GIA certified diamond for my engagement ring, but still reasonably priced to that of some well known online diamond suppliers, such as blue nile. I was also in need of re-sizing and altering the shape of my wedding band, as it was gifted to me from a family member. Ron Finch was able to find a diamond to my exact specifications and was competitively priced to that of blue nile! And I couldnt be happier with it! He set it beautifully in my existing setting and was able to re-size/re-shape my wedding band to match perfectly with my engagement ring. Ron did all of this custom work and re-dipped and cleaned both of my rings, and did not charge me for labor, but only for the diamond itself. I am so pleased, that I am also going to have Ron create a white gold custom made antique looking band to go with my set, as Ron specializes in and enjoys doing scroll-work, and I trust that he will create a beautiful, one of a kind ring for me. His daughter Jessica, was also a pleasure to work with, she even did a free appraisal of my rings, for insurance purposes. They also provide free inspections and cleanings for my rings, and have offered to let me borrow some jewelry for my wedding day. I have definitely found my jeweler for life, and I look forward to working on additional projects with them in the future, such as a future upgrade to my engagement ring! ;o) Thank you so much Ron and Jessica Finch, and the entire staff at Finch Jewelers, John and I are so very happy to have found you! When my son visited China three years ago, he was so proud to tell me that he had purchased a gift for me and couldn’t wait to give it to me on Christmas morning. As I eagerly anticipated what he had chosen, I realized his sheer delight and joy in giving me a special gift. Unfortunately, after opening the package and seeing a beautiful jade slip on bracelet, I was unable to slide it over my hand! I tried soap, olive oil and other means to put it on but realized that it would not fit. It was a bittersweet moment because even though he said it was okay, I know how tenderhearted he is and determined to find a jeweler who might make a clasp so that would be able to wear it. For three years I searched and inquired of many jewelers but was always told that they could (or would) not do it. Last spring, my husband found Finches Jewelry in Lancaster, PA, and we made a trip to see if they might be able to help. Without hesitation, they promised that they would do it…and it is too beautiful for words! I wear it now with much pride. When others ask about it, I tell them this story. Thank you Ron and Jessica and all of those who helped design the clasp. My son was so touched when he saw the bracelet and is grateful that I can now wear it! Thank you Finches Jewelers!

First off I will start by saying Ive never been married and had no idea where to start when it came to searching for the perfect ring, I walked into Finch Jewelers and was immediately treated like family. Jessica Finch welcomed me with open arms and was open and honest with the many questions I had. I was very apprehensive with jewelry stores as I have heard many horror stories. Jessica not only worked with my budget but went above and beyond to search for the perfect diamond for us. She answered my many questions on appraisals, insurance, and everything from top to bottom that dealt with the diamond and ring. They created a mold and if I had any concerns it would have been altered, but their first try was perfect! Honestly I will never go another place for my jewelry. Jessica and Abby deserve above and beyond 5 stars for their customer service and crafting of the ring. They also were more then happy to work with whatever time frame I had (I changed the proposal date twice). If you are looking for a non-stressful time with honest caring people choose FINCH. Kay and those commercialized jewelry stores compared to Finch is like comparing a Honda civic to a Lamborghini for the same price! Thanks again ladies and great job! Justin W.

For our 10 year anniversary we thought it would be a great idea to upgrade my engagement ring or to add/do something different with what I already have. My preference was to keep and add to what I already have as the diamonds in my band and engagement ring are very sentimental to me. I wanted to preserve the sentiment of what I had yet attempt to create something entirely new. Tough job I admit but not for Finch. If only I could upload a picture of my ring and band...words will never do it justice. I still havent picked my mouth up off the floor. They took my jewelry, appreciated my concern for sentiment and created the most amazing beautiful ring Ive ever seen. they heard my desire, they worked with me in a collaborative manner, and added beautiful detail I wouldve never thought of. Happy, pleased, satisfied, ecstatic, thrilled, all of which are only a few words that begin to explain how I feel about what Ive come home with. Thank you Team-Finch for your awesome customer service, your timeliness, thoughtfulness, family-feel, and appreciation for sentimental value. I loved working with Jessica at Finch Jewelers. I first took in an old ring to be revamped into an engagement ring, with only a small idea of what I wanted it to look like, and a fairly limited budget. Jessica jumped right in with many great ideas of how we could achieve my goal. I dont live in the area, so Jess worked with me over email to get a design that fit my ideas. They transformed a broken, old ring into a beautiful piece of jewelry that my wife absolutely loved. I liked the experience so much that my wife and I again took the 2 hour drive to the shop to pick out wedding bands. Jess already had an idea of a ring that my wife would love, and she was spot-on. The fact that she had already been thinking about us and what we would like is the type of action that really sets this shop apart. I couldnt be happier that I found Finch Jewelers, and cant recommend them highly enough. They do beautiful work, have great ideas, and are some of the friendliest business owners Ive ever come across. 5 stars barely feels like enough, Id give them 6 if I could!

In my search for an engagement ring, I eventually ended up at Finch. I had a small time frame before I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and was expecting that I would have to use a substitute until the actual ring was finished. I went in with my general idea for what I wanted, and Abbie behind the counter surprised me saying she could probably get it done in time. She drew up several mock ups of what I had described and allowed me to critique it and request modifications. It took a couple of tries and each time she drew up several options for me. In the end, I loved it, as did my fiancé. Abbie did an awesome job working with me and in a very timely manner. We made sure to go back to Finch for our wedding bands.
