I had my engagement ring sized and it was done very poorly - the inside of the band is now very thin. I brough it in to have it corrected and after two weeks, I received a message that it would take another 8 weeks to complete. Obviously, this was not acceptable, so I had it returned, and they instructed me to come back in 2 months when the service center would not be so busy. I called in, and they informed me that it would take 4 weeks this time for the repair to be re-done. I have been trying to figure out what to do - the service representative has promised to call me back twice and has never returned a call. This is frustrating. I did NOT purchase my wedding band here.

I went to this location and the service was terrible. I think my salesperson was Asian and she had the worse attitude. I asked for a ring and she told me that they never carried that style of ring. After I explained to her that I owned the ring but lost it she still tried to tell me that I was asking for a ring that they never stocked. I then pulled out my phone and accesed the internet and showed her but she role me that the picture was wrong and the sunlight must have been hitting the ring so it the picture on their site was wrong. RUDE,RUDE,RUDE!!!

Oh Ichabods, I love love love how you havent changed. I just went to see Rafi, 10 years after we got our wedding bands there and he hasnt changed one bit. You feel like family when you walk in and know he will take good care of you. He offers a lifetime warranty on his products and the only reason I went in was to get my ring resized. The ring has held up beautifully. If youre looking for a wonderful jeweler, skip the mall or chain stores. Go support a mom and pop store and feel great about the final product. You wont regret it! I had a ring that was out of stock ordered for me, and was told that it would arrive in a few days and that Id be called as soon as it came in. After waiting for 2 months, I found out that they canceled my order and kept the money. I had to come back several times and argue with the manager to get my money back, and never even got an apology.

I started going to this Tiffany Jewelry Store in 2008 for my Fiancé. I was greeted by everyone including security. I still go here to this day for my Fiancé. She loves the jewelry. I have never received any negative vibes or attitudes. Everyone that works in this store is always friendly. See you soon.

A nice store but the usual gargantuan retail markups. Keep in mind that the appraisal value has nothing to do with what you can sell your jewelry for. I have seen jewelers more than ten times their money over true wholesale values.
