about a month ago, I visited a friend that live in Clermont Florida and we went shopping together for a gift for his wife, while driving around we noticed a big new building next to the highway with A Pawn USA sign, since it was easy to access, parking was easy and we like bargains we decided to stop and check them out. First thing as we walked into the store we were amazed by the size and look of the store, It looks and feel like a department store ,than we were impressed by variety of items from jewelry, watches, power tools, Music instruments, electronics guns and more all under one roof!! than after we looked around we were welcomed with a big smile by the owner Gina that offered us assistance, we asked her about some advice on buying a gift for my friends wife and she gave my friends few options based on his budget, later he wanted to look at a brand name watch for himself and this is when Josh the owner joined us as well, during all this time they were very helpful, very knowledgeable and offer great service without pressure. after looking at a few items my friend end up buying a gold ring for his wife and a brand name watch for himself, the price was unbelievable and he end up coming back a week after to sell to A Pawn USA some old broken gold jewelries because of the great price and honesty that they had to offer him. I highly recommend A Pawn USA!!

Due to my poor budgeting I needed some cash. I had gone to one of those pay day loan places before when my bad budget had appeared and they made me feel like a low life. I had to fill out reams of paperwork and see if I could get approved. The whole experience was horrible. This time I thought I would try a Pawn Shop. The vision in my mind was that of arguing with some slick willy guy trying to take my money in some sleazy environment. A Pawn USA was the complete opposite. The were very straight forward, fair, easy to deal with in a clean safe place. The staff at A Pawn USA was fantastic and made me feel comfortable. The transaction helped me out. They have a great store with great people.

Take your business elsewhere. Wow, I guess I hit them on two really bad days. I love pawn shopping so when I moved to clermont I gave these guys a shot, especially after reading the reviews. Im not sure what the problem was but on my first visit I was ignored when I walked in and when I asked a question I got a one word no with no explanation. I left that day not thinking too highly of this place, but you never know when its just a bad day and so a couple days ago I tried again and actually got a worse. This time the guy didnt even bother looking up from his computer. I will definitely not be back There are plenty of local businesses who want my money.

I visited this store to look for a computer, and I was immediately greeted by friendly sales associates and asked if I needed any help. Guillermo helped me look at several of the computers on the shelves as well as a few they had on the back wall. He was very nice and seemed to know enough about computers to help me narrow down which one I would be getting. It was already late in the day, so I asked them to just hold onto the computer for me until I could come back the next day. I looked around the store and they have a very nice selection of jewelry and firearms, as well as other miscellaneous items. I will certainly be coming back to this store.

Me and the wife and the baby came here looking for a wedding ring jacket. we were greeted by the owners and were personally taken care of. John was very accommodating talkative and engaged all the customers in the pawnshop. The wifey though extremely busy took her time out to go check to see if they had any ring jackets hiding in the back. Their son was even involved. we really appreciate the time and effort that the whole family took for us. I would highly recommend this pawnshop whether you need jewelry a gun a radio aura power washer they got it all

My Husband and I are very impressed by the wonderful service we have received on more than one occasion. My husband was looking for a gunsmith in this particular case. He went to a local gun shop that offer gunsmith services and was turned off by the offensive attitude of owner and staff (3 times) so he went to Pawn USA and was treated as an important customer with resect and professionalism and we will bring our business to them from now on!!

Awesome experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I was there to purchase something specific and they showed me a few different options. They knew what I was looking for and didnt hassle me! They even worked with me on the price! It is nice to know that they also offer layaway, great for the holidays. Thank you for the awesome experience! I will be returning, and look forward to doing business with them again.

The staff at this location is great!! They were all very polite and friendly! Guillermo was awesome they didnt have the gun in that I wanted at the time and he let me know fed ex would be bringing it later that day or in the morning! I called him the next day and he said he had it ready waiting for me!! Very pleased with my experience these guys are awesome and I highly recommend them!!!!!

These guys were great !! Has to be hands down the best pawn shop in and around lake county. The sales associate Phil that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He went out of his way to help me and also worked with me so I can get the best deal possible. I would not think about going anywhere else they have made me a customer for life !!!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable Best prices on the best products, when it comes to guns. Giving you the fairest price for your pond possible. could not be more helpful in special orders for any situation! Best place Ive found in Florida when it comes to pond shops customers leave with big smiles every time. Its a great place.

I had an amazing experice at this store, great conversation with the employees everyone is very kinda and prices are on point. Guillermo was a huge help and id recoment going to this store for anything you might need. I got better sevice with them than any pasn shop or jewelery store ive ever been.
