This store is a not the place for you if you want customer service, quality products or anything resembling the truth. The sales guys pull bait and switch. They over charge when you compare items on Amazon and with there electronics they give you a two week warranty that because of the Easter holiday and them not being open extended my time with item 1 day and they refused to stand behind there merchandise. The owners hide in the back and let the sales associates take the heat. They wouldnt even speak to me personally which shows what kind of weasels that they are. This neighborhood is changing fast and they choose to do business like the old timers in this hood would put up with. Now An educated class is moving in and expect real results and Service from the vendors they choose to service them. So in short if your reading this that means your either computer and/or have a smart phone.....dont reward this store with your business or hard earned money. The receive most of there goods from crack heads and thieves who Jerry rig things to pass there inspection and get there fast cash and the sucker who walks into that store is going to get saddled with it....PLEASE DONT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We deserve better in the Wick. Chow

Told me to bring something in when i told them the problems with my item. They seemed interested on the phone, but when I came to the place they had no knowledge whatsoever on the item I was trying to get rid of. Honestly, if I were you, I would go somewhere else. The store doesnt seem safe to go in either.

I went there last saturday because I needed some extra cash. I sold my ipod touch and some scrap gold. They gave me good amount of money for my stuff. I recommend this place.

Gave me a hard time about buying an item. Claim they buy electronics, but seem to be limited in what they buy. Better check it out before you go there.
