I missed pawn shop on Wednesday November 26,2015.so i went thursday on thanksgiving they were closed the whole day,even though they were scheduled to be open,i check google and seen there schedule business hours and they were supposed to be open on Thanksgiving and Black Friday it only had a message stating hours may vary do the holiday but it did not say they were closed like it did on the schedule when they were officially closed I called up every hour hoping they would be open on Thursday Thanksgiving they were not open. My pawn due date was on Thanksgiving. Their policy does not say anything about what would happen if they are closed on a holiday and your due date is on that date. I spent all day calling all their locations to see if I can come in to one of their locations and put a down payment on for my phone so I can extend it for another four months Im not one of their locations was open not even the main office. And now its Black Friday and no one is answering the phones and its after 9 oclock AM and this is the next day after my point due date diving trying to make so now theyre not open Saturday or if they are open Saturday I have a feeling theyre going to tell me that theres nothing I can do I hope not because I will sue the s*** out of them

Today I brought two trumpets to ask prices. The manager said shell give me $10 for one, $20 for the other. The original trumpets price was ~$1000. I thought maybe theyll offer $750. Nope. Be prepared to be stared at when you enter the store as if you are "wronging" them somehow by bringing your things. The lady with the jewelry was fine, the amigo security guy was fine, but the manager started yelling at me when I said "thats not a fair price." I hope to avoid dealing with this place again. Do not recommend to do business with them.

I have done business with this company as a fellow pawnbroker. They treated me very fairly and were respectful. We made some great deals on inventory that I did not have in my pawn shops in South Florida so I was pleased to get the inventory I needed for my customers. I also visited their store on 14th street the last time I was in Manhattan and it was set up perfectly for a NYC pawn shop. I look forward to doing business with EZ Pawn Corp NYC again in the near future.
