It took 30 minutes to replace a windshield wiper, and I was the only shopper in the store. The first 2 I tried were either the wrong size (despite what the stores computer said - and verified by a store employee) or defective. Obviously an exchange for the right size was in order. Need the manger to override because of the sale price? Wait another 5 minutes because hes out back chilling with his buddies. The associate I dealt with was doing his best though - thanks Rod.
