i have to say the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i called to check on a fender, they said they had it so i went to the store to pick up. they are understaffed, one person at the counter to handle a line of people and the phones. it seems if they have to spend more than 20 seconds with you they are annoyed. so they pulled my part, tossed it on the counter, told ME to unpack it and check for defects. well, giant dent in the middle of fender. so they went and pulled another, same thing. they then informed me that if im not satisfied then too bad because thats all they had. i asked if they would be getting more they said they dont know. i asked to be notified when and if they do show up and the answer is no. the most frustrating part for me would be the time wasted driving back and forth to this place. why cant they check to see if the part they are trying to sell me is damadged before telling me to come pick it up?????? certi fit is not the only place to get discount parts, they are one of the cheapest, but i would rather pay more elsewere to avoid this kind of b. s.

When I broke the right rearview mirror off of my 04 Corolla, I knew that replacing it at the dealership would cost a couple of hundtred bucks (MSRP $208.00). So I got on the phone and started shopping salvage yards. Cheapest price for a "used" mirror: $100. I went to my neighborhood Auto Zone (a great parts store, by the way) and was complaining about the cost. My guy there asked me if I had ever tried CertiFit, and gave me their number. I called and I was tickled pink: $29.95! Ill have to paint it this summer if I want it to be the original color, but what the heck? Ive taken to referring others--even casual strangers--to CertiFit, because their prices are so reasonable (and by the way, I cant tell the difference between this "after-market" part and the original)!

Like every one else, The customer service is horrible. The manager Bruce is one of the most unpleasent people I have ever met. I own a Car Dealership and a service center, I order about $5,000.00 in parts a month and I will no longer order parts from Certifit. Every one I know in the business feels the same way. The only reason the parts are cheap is because they are Chinease knock offs made by underage children. Then when you hire a few ignorant people and pay them $7.hr ofcourse they are going to hate their life and try as hard as possible to make every one around them miserable. Pay the extra $30 for your part and go some where that will appreciate your business.

Terrible customer service, just like everybody else experienced. Never purchased anything here...but I called to get some prices on a few parts I needed. Guy on the phone was a total dick right off the bat, put me on hold without even telling me - as I was in the middle of explaining to him what parts I needed. Gave me an attitude when he came back on the line, because I asked why he interrupted me? If something as simple as looking up part inventory annoys you, you need to seriously evaluate your life because there is something wrong with you.

Decent if they have your part in stock when you need it, if not good luck - response will likely be "no way to tell when it will be back in stock, could be 2 weeks, could be 6 months." There is apparently no way to order a part they dont have in stock, so parts availability is completely at the mercy of their shipping schedules. Hard to reach on the phone too - I was placed on hold and hung up on 6 times before someone actually picked up the phone to talk to me.

This is the absolute worst place to deal with in the automotive industry, everyone that works here must honestly truly hate themselves and their lives. They are so unhelpful, I will be shocked if you dont get put on hold every single time you call. These things that work their are absolutely ridiculous and should seek out a job not in customer service if they are gonna be such douche bags.

Cant give it zero stars so Ill settle with 1. After reading the reviews I have to agree. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE & GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Never in my life have I seen a business that didnt want to make money. The "manager" Bruce goes out of his way to make things difficult. Everyone Ive talked to since has confirmed this. Cant stress how BAD this company is.

Customer service is horrible. The lady was polite, but the guy was snarky and didnt like being questioned about the part I was purchasing. Accused me of calling him a liar because I asked repeatedly was the part for a convertible. Upon purchasing the part after being repeatedly told it would fit all cars of my brand, I get it home and find it is NOT the part for the convertible.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who was attending me today did not even try to help me. She kept telling me that the part I needed did not exist. She never looked it up on her system just kept telling me this is it. Well they lost about a 400 dollar sale today went to Summit had everything I needed no problem.

horrible customer service, I work for a local dealership and we have nothing but rude people and unorganized chaos. quotes change from hour to hour. If you exept them to car dont cause they have no care for retaining anyone as a customer. good luck if you dare to deal with them. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place had BY FAR the cheapest prices on car body parts. Grant it, it didnt seem like the best quality, but I was just going for rock bottom prices, and thats what I got here.
