Purchased new wiper blades a couple of weeks ago. Went home and couldnt figure out how to get the old ones off, much less get the new ones on. Then realized I told the salesman the wrong car year. Stopped by today to exchange them, was told they were the correct year and the salesman offerred to put them on for me. Took him a few minutes, since the second blade didnt want to come off. To me that is A++++ customer service!
