Bought a new battery for my truck and the girl who instaled it broke the bolt off that he led the battery down and told me she wold give me a new one when we get inside I said ok thats cool. Well when we got inside the store she charged me for the bolt!! So after 4 hours of taking my truck apart I finally got the plastic she lid off and got the bolt off. Never again will I buy another battery from this store u guys suck at your job.

I was having problems with my battery. I bought a new one and they refused to help put it in. I am a young woman that had no tools or any knowledge on how to put it in. Then they were mean to me. I wont be going back to the Barberton Autozone again.
