Awesome people, really above and beyond. My wife and I broke down about ten miles away from this location. Were not from the area and mistakenly called the advanced auto parts that is about miles in the other direction first. AAP sold us the brake pads we needed and an over priced tool set (when the original person I talked to said they had loaner tools I could use to fix the brakes with over the phone). But, when we got back to the truck with the parts and matched them up, they were the wrong pads. Naturally we called back and they admitted to selling us the wrong parts. Then refused to send a parts runner to bring us the right ones, even after we tried offering them extra money, leaving us stuck (a very nice local offered to give us a ride there and back). Anyways, after a useless shouting match with the "manager" of AAP we called this Napa, they had the pads for less than half the price and sent a guy to deliver. He was there within 20 minutes and waited to make sure we had what we needed, and even refused to take a tip. Great folks, great service!!
