Harley is amazing! I needed help with one of my long term customers and Harley went waaaaaaaaaaay beyond the call of duty to help. This location must really value their customers satisfaction. As a Federal Airframe and Powerplant mechanic, I value attention to detail and a winning, OUTSTANDING customer experience. With one phone call, my challenge was resolved. My customer was extremely happy. Harley made this a "win-win" experience for everyone. Had what I needed. Didnt have to wait very long. This is a busy store so dont go if you are in a rush. If you dont see what you need on the shelf, ask. They have a warehouse in the back and have just about everything. Someone will go get it.

Are you serious, My wife is on crutches I had a flat tire in front of your store everyone from this location passed by looking and never ask me for ASSISTANCE. They didnt yell out or anything. I will stop using NAPA.

Auto Options

Probably the worse part store in Jacksonville. Ive had nothing but problems. Account set up delivery every time theres a problem. I would give minus stars veryif that was an option. Minus 10

Terrible customer service. Unwilling to take my 200 dollars for parts... I had to leave and come back and they still would not make the sale. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star
