Jim was especially helpful. When our windshield wiper broke off during a strong storm, he took the time to help construct an attachment point for the replacement wiper from his stock of parts - thus far, it been more stable than the OEM part. When I mistakenly left my credit card, he contacted my credit card issuer - who relayed the message. Jim mailed the card to me with a nice note. Nice competent folks.

They are priced slightly higher on some things than the big box stores, but if there is a special part you need, it will be there in an hour or two. Some big box parts stores take 1 to 2 days to get a part in. They make several trips to the warehouse a day and you dont have to wait long to get your special order part. Ask for Jim or Dave
