The experience at this store varies so much. However, most of the time you are made to feel like an idiot while youre there, even if youre not a novice at car repairs. Roy is really bad with customers, and so are some of the other employees. Half of the staff is pretty good with customers though, but unfortunately theyre really slow. Thats the other thing that stinks about AutoZone. They always seem under staffed and it can take a long time to get the parts you need and get checked out. They need to be like every other retailer and have multiple staff positions, at least someone who solely works as a cashier. Im honestly not sure if Ill continue going here (after spending thousands of dollars at Autzone over 10 years), or if Ill drive 1 more mile down the road to Advanced. Even the staff at the AutoZone in Barberton often hear from customers how terrible the staff and line is at this location. Ive left this location to go to the Barberton one before for that very reason. I hope this location improves very soon.

Parts manager t jay v or v jay t... Horrible attitude and experience. Belittled customers while i was there even though he had no idea what he was talking about and then did the same to me. Refused a customers warranty claim in front of me he had just bought that wouldnt work in his car in the parking lot. Then while he was checking me out at a register a customer that came in after and grabbed a part went to another register... He asked him if he was checking out.. Proceeded to leave me and help the other customer.. Leaving me with my card out waiting to pay for the order on his screen.. 4 to 5 minutes later he came back to finish me. Do not come here. Do not let him help you if he does. Terrible experience. Another reason why i prefer advance auto parts especially the great crew at massillon road advance.

The guy that helped me was super nice, but couldnt keep his mind on the task at hand. I bought a new battery for my car, which he almost charged me extra for by inputting the wrong one in the computer. He made several mistakes installing the battery because he was talking the whole time. Had a hard time getting the old one out and did not tighten the new one enough. My brother caught a lot of the problems, but had to take the battery out and put it back in correctly and tighter after we left the shop. There were scratches all over the new battery from where it was almost falling out of the brackets.

Save yourself some time, and drive 2 minutes down the road to Advanced. Last 4 times I have been here, they eithier didnt have the parts or tools I needed. Evertime I ended up going to Advanced, and they had what I needed. Never going to this store again
