displeased with customer service... I called in to get pricing on a starter for my wifes car. The sales rep seemed annoyed by my call as i asked questions regarding the starter core exchange pricing. After calling a couple other auto parts stores in the area, i had a more pleasant experience with OReillys.

Went there to buy a burned out lowbeam, they offered to replace it for me. It proved to be more difficult than expected (poor design of the car) and Robert stood in the rain to make sure my headlight was working. Excellent customer service!
