Horrible customer service. When I asked for Alfalfa hay, the cashier asked me what I needed it for. When I told him, he argued with me saying that was not the appropriate hay to feed my animal. I explained that I had good reasons and had it on good authority that this hay was suitable. After continuing to argue with me and using other reasons for not getting it he agreed to sell me a mixed bag of "alfalfa" and timothy hay. He and the other cashier deliberately lied to me, and sold me a bag of grass hay which I was not able to look at for my self until after I paid and it was brought out of their storage area to my car. They did not have what I was looking for so that may have caused them to deliberately sell me this grass hay instead. In their arrogance and greed, they have lost a customer.

Great local grain, fertilizer and pet food store. Theyve given me advice on where to find specific fertilizers and were willing to look into ordering specific things for me. I also would much rather support a local business than the big box stores.
