The drive through at this Starbucks is consistently the slowest thing ever. It will take me an entire 30 minutes to drive the 3 blocks from Corbin Park, go through the drive through, and drive 3 blocks back - EVERY TIME. Ive also never once gotten anything remotely like, "Im sorry for your wait". Ive even been left sitting outside the window waiting to pay/get my drink for 10 minutes without having been acknowledged... Other than that, theyre a good Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks. I usually only go through the drive thru between 6:30 - 7. Ive almost always had a pleasant employee take my order and its almost always correct. Even if its not, Im usually okay with it because they are so nice about it haha. I have been inside a few times as well. The layout is pretty neat because you arent sitting right next to someone you dont know due to the long layout rather than wide.

This Starbucks has one of the best atmospheres in Kansas city area! The customers are mostly middle class professionals with a sprinkle of college students. The baristas are mostly great but you will occasionally have a grumpy one. Drinks are subpar, typical Starbucks beverages. This is one of my top 5 favorite coffee shops to go to in all of Kansas city!

Great Service ... Friendly Staff.. Even though its usually busy in here the wait times are reasonable. Just extremely difficult to get in and out off.. Even though you can see the store from W.135th Street have to go down Briar Street and cut back up through the parking lot get to the corner of the business park where the store is located.

I always enjoy having my meetings outside when the weather allows for it .. The Store is always clean and the Staff always friendly.. The Drive through is also helpful when the quick morning caffeine jolt is needed and for when I dont have time to walk in .. also Perfect, during snowstorms, just because :)

I asked for sauce for my egg, spinach, and cheese wrap but they forgot it. The hot chocolate tastes disgusting like they just made it with water instead of milk. Then when I told them they forgot my third drink at the window they questioned me "are you sure?" Will not be going back to this starbucks.

Its your typical Starbucks. Coffee is good and expensive. Had to knock off one star for the really small sitting area. But a great place to get a coffee and go. Also has a drive-thru.

A pretty quite Starbucks. There are plenty of seats but there is no big table for a big group. The patio tables, chairs, and sofa were really nice. Staffs were nice as well.
