I placed a mobile order for You Pick 2 and used my $5 off rewards. I ordered a Turkey bacon avocado with Extra Turkey, no mayo and add gouda and a potato soup add bacon and gouda. Arrived at the store waited 25 minutes and then asked a manager about the order. The internet went down they didnt have a record of the order. I was questioned by the manager whether I paid for it with a credit card and had to provide proof that I placed the order. The manager which was a woman who I could not see her name tag kept questioning me on what I paid for. I explained to her my process, showed her the order on my phone. Received the order after an additional 15 minutes it was incorrect, then she questioned me about what I paid for again. I should not be treated like a criminal because the system is down.

This is the first Panera I have found with a Drive-through. But I love the aroma of all the various pastries, breads, & other treats. No matter what Panera I have visited, I am always greeted with sincere smiles & Hellos The continuity of the food offered is perfection without exception. Makes me feel at home wherever I might be. The fact that they all donate the days leftovers to local shelters is an example many should copy. For those who question prices, this, along with the quality of food & services, should offer some sense of relief. Nevertheless, Im happy to support such a community-focused business, that just happens to have excellent food & service. Thank you Panera! Oh! The free wi-fi is some of the best to be found publicly too!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PANERA AND HAVE FOR OVER HALF MY LIFE. I just want people to know that if you search "restaurants that deliver in FS,AR" Google lists MANY (upwards of 10, maybe even over 20+) that DO NOT!! I spoke with six personally!!! Someone ALLEGEDLY is lying, blackmailing, etc. in order for THAT MANY RESTAURANTS to be lied about, which can easily cause a decline in business because it *seems* the business is lying about doing delivery and they have nothing to do with it except someone is framing him.... Or maybe the website doesnt check their facts and sources????
