The store is fine, but the pharmacy is horrible !! They are not only disorganized , but that have no customer service skills whatsoever !! My doctor called in my prescription , and told me they called it into to the pharmacist , Connie I called over an hour later to be told , by Connie, that I had no prescription. I called my doctor back and the recalled my prescription in. I waited over an hour, went up to the store , Just to be told I had to wait over another hour. I told the the tech that I needed my prescription because its been called In twice. The pharmacist , Connie, then yells at me , from behind her counter, and in front of people thats its not their fault and my doctors office made the mistake and I have to wait. Its safe to say that I will never fill with them again, due to their poor work and customer service skills. Market Street offers 24 hour service and fills in 15 minutes and better customer service.

Ive never had an issue with any other Target but this one. The staff are nonexistent and though there always seems to be a minimum of 7 people in the pharmacy at all times the service is horribly slow and the people in it seem annoyed to be pulled away from whatever it is theyre doing to actually help a customer. I continually feel like Im interrupting and annoying the people in the pharmacy even though its their job to help me. Today I bought a Roku 1 to replace my Roku XD. I got it home to find it had been opened, the cords were unwound, and the batteries had been opened and placed in the remote. Of course it didnt work when I plugged it in. Really, Target? Reshelving a returned item is understandable, but reshelving and item thats been opened and doesnt work is deplorable. Im done with this Target. Ill take my business elsewhere.

This was one of the worst experience I had today... From one Target store, the Target employee called to Frisco Target store and asked them to hold a DVD for me and said that it is already reserved for me in my name and said to collect it at the Customer Service. When I had gone there.. the drama starts.. waited for long time with 2-3 employee searching for the DVD and they cant find it... then finally they say " We dont have it!!! You could check in another store". The frustrating part was that I had wasted almost an hour to get the DVD and this is what I get...and driving from one place to another...all for nothing.. I dont care about the excuses saying that being holiday season, these would happen... This is called "IRRESPONSIBLE"

Everything was good enough and have been going there since the day it originally opened. The worst thing they could have done is bring CVS Pharmacy into their store and supposedly they have no control over that or those employees. I stopped completed shopping there because of that. CVS medicine prices are 3 to 4 times higher than they were when it was Target. And their new pharmacist Rob is the rudest condescending pharmacist I have ever met and the store manager has no control over his department. I went to this target for years and years and it was wonderful. Since all the changes, I hardly go and after I met Rob, I will never go again.

RUDEST employee at the Satrbucks!!! Ordered 3 drinks from Startbucks, had 4 little items, 3 drink orders in front of me & ONE couple behind me & the guy taking my order said he couldnt ring my 4 other items up because there was a line!!! & that I would have to go & get in "regular" line to buy my stuff. Have NEVER had them tell me that at ANY Target AND then he made snide remarks about it to the couple behind me when they came to make their order. Have never felt like I was such an inconvenience of a customer as I did today.

This Target location is in a very busy area due to rapid growth in the area. It can sometimes be hard to get in out of due to the large amount of traffic for the area. Not enough reason to skip on a Target visit though! This store is clean and well maintained. The selection of merchandise is what youd expect but their baby/toddler clothing area does seem a bit smaller than others. I tend to visit another nearby but frequented this one for some time. Keep a close eye out for some great clearance deals.

I know its simple and probably nothing not that big a deal but I bought balloons at dollar general but I went to target to have different color balloons more a variety and then the Dollar General balloons lasted 10 times longer then the target that was double the price I just dont understand why he would Dollar General balloons last me days when target balloons would last me hours just makes no sense to me maybe also think that one through

Not worth the wait for the renovation. Same old shoddy displays, not stocked, price signs missing, sale prices not ringing at register. Same old experience, nothing special. Will be utilizing traditional grocery stores as Target selection, price, and lack of stocking dont give them a competitive advantage.

Freshly remodeled and it does look great. However, Im slightly disappointed in some of the areas they shrank inventory with. We use to go to Target for a lot of Baby supplies, but that area now has less space and less options. But the home section is much nicer now as well as the clothing section.

This is my favorite Target location. It is always well stocked, parking is great and the store is always clean. I also like that it has a grocery section which is super convenient. The house section is unmatched! Tons of cool accents and essentials for the home and lots to choose from.

As long as you can find what you want without asking an employee, this target is always clean and not too crowded (except Sunday afternoons! Hard to even park on Sundays). The employees are busy... often too busy to help IF they have any idea what youre asking for.

We do like to shop here when we can. The shopkick app and the extra 5℅ from using the red card helps us save money. Also the target brand diapers we get here have worked for my twin boys better then any of the name brand ones. They are priced right and work!

Even though store was closing the (on Christmas Eve) the workers gave full attention to my questions, and had no rush in answering them. The only drawback is the location, it is a bit closed away and hard to find, but overall it was an excellent Target to shop in.

Always a good experience at this Target. Very convenient location at the intersection of two major Frisco arteries, and the store is well kept - interior and exterior. Above all, staff is friendly - no issues in the five years I have frequented this store.

The new remodeled design is awful. Its a challenge to navigate, and leaves you frustrated... and not just because its new. Whomever was the lead behind this design should be promoted to customer and forced to shop here. Im going back to Walmart
