Sold me a used computer but didnt inform me that it was used. When I tried to return, they told me it couldnt be returned because it was on promotion. Finally, they took the computer back but gave me only a store credit, which is useless since there is hardly anything else in stock. Simply horrible. The folks werent bad, but the place needs new management and new policies for sure.

They have really good deals for students especially if you want to buy a laptop. They will beat any price. I bought two laptops last year and couple of accessories. Staff are helpful and kind and will make your experience worth visiting. I will come again in the future. Keep up the good work ✌

I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. As a manager at my own retail store, customer service means being polite to the customer, and the associate at the front desk was very rude.

Sometimes great sales on electronics, frequent giveaways for students. Walk in and feels like an Apple store - try out any computer

Got earphones on offer. They were very bad. Doesnt fit in ear. Okay-ish quality. But it was dirt cheap
