They were closing in 10 min so I went straight to the self check-out. The kid there informed me they just closed the registers (seconds before I got there) and that they take forever to close down. I asked him if I could quick check out at one while he closes down the others. He was super nice and said yes. I look over and a manager has booked it over there and starts laying into him (right in front of me and other customers!) she said "he shouldnt have let the customer checkout. etc." while I am standing 4 feet away! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She was so rude to him in front of me and several other customers, I was shocked. I just walked away towards the normal checkouts. I heard the kid say he was sorry to me as I past him, but not a word from her. There are so many better ways to handle that situation and she handled it poorly. I feel really bad for the employees that have to work for her.

Went to pickup my on line purchase and decided to pickup another adult onesie since it was on sale 30% off. My husband purchased while I was in line at the service center to retrieve my online purchase. I noticed we didnt receive the discount and informed the clerk, she then asked a few of the co-workers if it was on sale and then went back and forth how its not on sale and argued with me that even though it was on sale at a different location doesnt mean it was on sale there. I informed her there was a sign and still she argued until I requested for them to check. After finding out it was on sale, instead of an apology they just brushed it off "oh I guess it is on sale, thats weird!" I was not impressed and left filling frustrated! Not going back to this Target.

Coupled with consistently friendly and helpful customer service, I feel as though my business is always appreciated. Additionally, with the relatively high quality of goods that Ive often bought here for relatively low prices, my money seems like it goes further than it has with seemingly markedly less durable products at a slightly lower price. Beyond that, when Ive changed my mind on purchases--obviously within a reasonable window of time and with tags still attached--Ive never encountered an issue with a return. Its also worth noting that the customer service department is "open" from open to close of the store so there arent any gaps if you encounter issues either.

I got a Target credit card with a $500 limit mainly for the 5% discount. I had to be gone for most of a year to care for my terminally Ill father. When returning I went to Target to Christmas shop. My card was rejected at checkout. I had to call their credit card company and was told my limit was decreased to $200 because I hadnt used the card so I only received the discount on that much and had to buy the rest with a different catd. I was never informed of the decrease. That night I canceled my card. I agree they are over priced and the discount was the only reason I went there that night.

I came here all the way from the ElDorado store to buy a stroller that was on sale from $399 to $275 just to find out the sale was "expired". The lady at ElDorado store confirmed the sale before I drove 20 min. Just to find out the sale was no longer available. I talked to a couple of people to see if someone would make it right but all they said was "sorry there is nothing we can do". I would like to mention the sale tag was still on the shelve and they removed it as soon as they could. Very disapointed right now. Target just lost a frecuent customer for life.

Staff is not friendly or helpful. I had just checked out and realized I had left my target card at home. They just smirked and told me there was nothing they could do . I offered to give them my old card, Photo Id/DL and SS# but they refused to help. I was some mad I just gave them all their stuff back (even though it saved me only a few dollars) . This place and Company has horrible customer service. If they had been kind even if there was nothing they could do I would have said okay. I wont shop here. Again

Its was in the middle of a remodeling project so the store and parking lot were in disarray. Target is always more expensive than other chain big box retailer and on some items thats ok because they are brands or items you cant find elsewhere. I dont find the grocery items to be all that different (with the exception of Archer Farms brand) than that of any other big box store. Office supply prices are a bit high (Five Star Hybrid Flex Notebook 100 sheet capacity cost 9.99 when they are 7.83 at a competitor)

Decent Target store for common goods, but is one of the smaller ones. Does NOT have the new self checkouts as of writing this. Selection is decent but still feels very limited because of the size, as in Coffee/Teas and items like Atkins bars/shakes - not very good selections. Staff is great and friendly though, and their is a Starbucks right at the entrance as well as a Target cafe. Parking never seems to be an issue.

They have a hard time staying in stock here. Do you need diapers? Forget about it. They are often out of stock, but something else will be flexed into the empty space. I wonder if the process of flexing product into open spaces in order to look in-stock has broken their research process?

LOOK AT ALL THE EXPIRATION DATES! I bought my daughter the ninja turtle shaped mac and cheese there last week and good thing I looked at the box before I fed it to her. NOVEMBER 14th 2016!!!! Almost a year out of date! Who knows what else is out of date! Please check your food!

I stopped here to get some Starbucks and do a quick shop. I love the girls clothing there, this is where I normally shop for my daughters clothes. I do recommend this store, its clean, everything is organized when I was there. Im not from the area , Ive only been here once.

Very convenient, and it has a grocery and pharmacy. The food area up-front isnt managed very well, though. We bought pretzels for the kids but they had to microwave them instead of cooking them the normal way they do. It could also be much cleaner.

Beautiful store. Lots of stuff but every time I go later in the evening, they only have TWO lanes open and NO self check! Cmon guys! I did my shopping and then just left my cart because the lines were so long! It an easy fix people.

First time going to this Target, and overall not bad. The employees were helpful in finding items and were proactive in seeing if I needed assistance. My only problem was they were out of everything I was looking for.

I was in heaven. Nice store, clean and new, staff very friendly. Really enjoyed the super store, as we dont have one where I live. Great for me also that family could wait at attached Starbucks while I shopped!

Customer service desk was super friendly to my daughter helped out returned / extinct exchanged and item it was super important to a 10 year old they were nice and treated her just like any other customer
