My husband purchased my engagement ring as well as my wedding band and several other pieces of jewelry from this location. He purchased the additional warranty on everything to ensure that our purchases were protected. Generally, my experience at this store has been exceptional. However, my most recent experience has made me doubt if I will ever set foot into this store again. At the beginning of April, accidentally pulled two diamonds out of my setting. My husband dropped off my ring and he was told it would have to be sent to their parent store due to the damage and it would be returned to me within 6-8 weeks. I called the beginning of June (the 8th week) and was informed my ring was not ready and it was going to be an additional 3 or so weeks. When I spoke with the general manager, she then gave me another estimated date as it had been sent to "the vendor" and when I expressed my frustration about this, she became extremely hostile and began to argue with me. She then informed me that her employees were listening to our conversation and that if I needed more help to call corporate. She gave me the number and hung up on me.. I am now in the 2nd week of contacting corporate and the only information I have is that my ring is with the vendor over seas (though the person I spoke with couldnt tell me where over seas), that the vendor has a 60 day turn around time, doesnt expedite or give updates on repairs, and as far as they can tell my ring should be back sometime during the first week of July. A month longer than what was originally promised. The entire situation has been extremely frustrating, especially considering that I would not have any of this information had I not called myself to obtain an update. If I had an opportunity to choose another store with better repair options and communication, I would in a heart beat. As it stands, I will only return there to get my ring once its done and will gladly bdrive the additional distance to the Chino Hills store.

The store costumer performance has gone down tue toilet. The sales people always say our jewelry is high quality and the best. I had purchase my wife a necklace with a diamond piece. The diamond had fallen off and they refuse to change it. I told the sales rep. what happen to "high quality and the best".The sales lady just left me there and went to another customer.I went off on the sales lady. I got loud in the store and was furious in the store. I told her you just care about your commission. You sell jewelry thats broken and does not last, i was being super loud...."where is the high quality. If it was so perfect why you keep selling people warranty". "You sell warranty because you know your merchandise is junk and crap".Finally the manager came out, she heard me, how loud i was, but what made her get involve was me pointing out how badly her jewelry was. And pointing out the true facts of her sales rep., not caring or give a dam if they sale you true high end stuff. Dont shop there and dont let them full you in believing that they have high end or high quality diamonds.

Terrible experience. I tried to get my ring sized THREE times and it was still wrong despite the fact that I gave them my old ring for sizing as well as the size of my finger. They ended up stealing two diamonds off one side of the band without informing us, it is now lopsided (seven on one side and five on the other). Joe, a manager, tried to tell us that diamond mass does not matter, and the cost will inevitably be more to fix it. I would not recommend this store.

Great people both Joes where very helpful. Will be back to buy a few more watches maybe more later but for now watches are all I need very greatful for all the help and info I got and the non pushy nature I felt there was great, of course they tried to sell but not once did I feel I needed to spend money to keep talking, and looking thanks.

Just bought a watch for the wife and needed a couple links removed, well the guy took forever. When I asked if everything was ok he said...Other people use this equipment and the tool I need is broken. He should have said ...it going to be a while if you would like to come back. Totally ruined the experience!
